Hint: All national holidays are set forth in the U.S. Code. It was "Trump Day" You obviously don't know. Didn't you claim that you keep up with the news? Monday was a national holiday, and you are clueless as to what holiday it was. Ditto Hero... Ditto tigercpa...

And lookey here...
It would appear the mainstream media (along with several celebrities and Swedish politicians) is going to be apologizing to President Trump - once again.
Having spent the entire news cycle trying to ignore the immigrant crisis facing Sweden, and pin the ignorant tail on Trump, both Dagbladet and Expressen reports riots breaking out in the highly immigrant concentrated Stockhold borough of Rinkeby, Sweden with police firing warning shots as 100s of young people throw stones and burn cars.
During the evening hundreds of young people gathered in the center of Rinkeby, well known for its high concentration of immigrants and people with immigrant ancestry.
Trump plays the media brilliantly. Sweden, 78 terrorist attacks, and on and on.
Lol. Trump's speech was on Saturday. Whatever he has referring to supposedly happened Friday night in Sweden. The riot to which you refer was on Monday -- 3 days later. The truth is that nothing of significance happened in Sweden on Friday night. Once again, Trump was the purveyor of fake news.

Obviously, not one of you geniuses know what holiday was yesterday.
So, in furtherance of your middle school civics education, I will tell you. Monday's national holiday commemorated George Washington's birthday.

Once again, Trump is playing 3-D chess while the media plays tiddlywinks. he was referring to the mother who was attacked / slapped in front of her children. That did happen and is not fake news. Once again, Trump has forced the media to cover an issue they have been censoring / covering up. you would think they would have learned by now? the only fake news is that Trump said there was a terror attack last night. He never said that. Again the media and their trivial bullshit. one media outlet was so determined too prove Ttump wrong and that Swedens neighborhoods were safe, they sent a reporter and cameraman into one of the neighborhoods and the cameraman was assaulted. now, just days later, an entire immigrant neighborhood erupts. Not fake news.

Your struggles will diminish when you stop hitting every fake anti-Trump story like a big mouth bass on a top water lure. LMB don't hit every top water lure every time.......fishing is not that easy. This is an 'informed' opinion I also have some experience in this area.... you're right. If FHF were a LMB, he wouldn't make it to the age of 6 months.

The fact that the Federal Government is stuck 30 years behind the public sector is amusing, but not surprising.

Right on point with Trump's comments. 50 years of bad immigration policy - we are now reaping what has been sown.

I watched in disbelief when, during the third presidential debate, Trump casually cast doubt on the high-confidence conclusion of our 17 intelligence agencies, released that month, that Russia was behind the hacking and release of election-related emails."
What was the "high-confidence conclusion" on Hillary winning? 95-some % chance she would win?
The "conclusion" was self-serving and false.
Your "conclusion" is NOT PROOF! Proof is proof; it stands on its own...your "analysis" and "confident conclusion" isn't necessary...just the proof please....yeah, you don't have it..do you?
This may have been because Obama said, as he was leaving office, that there was no evidence to support this conclusion, based on the "report" submitted to him by the ODNI.
The assertion that 17 agencies endorsed the "assessment" with high confidence is flatly false. The release of the emails was a LEAK not a HACK, as attested to by none other than President Obama. Most people noticed the only agency (NSA) which could have actual evidence the emails were transferred over the network from the DNC also visibly and singularly endorsed the "assessment" as the least probable outcome. All the others who would have no way to make that judgement were "highly confident".
Why does this baseless meme persist?

Washington's Birthday is a national holiday. President's Day is a state holiday in 24 states. The other states recognize Washington's Birthday only or Washington's and Lincoln's together -- except for Arkansas, which recognizes George Washington's Birthday and Daisy Gatson Bates Day (don't ask). Easter is not a national holiday, but Columbus Day is. Independence Day is July 4. However, the Continental Congress declared freedom from Great Britain on July 2, of which date John Adams said, “The most memorable Epocha, in the History of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated, by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival… It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade with shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this continent to the other from this Time forward forever more” Here is the law:

Why does this baseless meme persist? Pure drivel. Intelligence agencies routinely provide assessments. Assessments described as high confidence are highly reliable. The October 1962 U2 photos showing Russian missiles being installed in Cuba were not "proof" that Russia was placing medium and intermediate range nuclear missiles (Operation Anadyr) in Cuba. However, the intelligence assessment, not "proof", was sufficiently reliable to warrant a presidential directive establishing a military quarantine of Cuba which, in turn, led to the U.S. alert level being raised to DEFCON 2, just one step below imminent nuclear war. The intelligence assessment that Russia directed the hackings of the DNC's and Podesta's computers and the release of the stolen documents and information was likely even more solid than was the assessment of the 1962 U2 photos. Fortunately, neither you nor the author of the article will ever have an opportunity to see the underlying evidence.

The British and French governments refused to issue statements supporting the US position until the were shown absolute proof of the missiles being in Cuba.
To American intelligence analysts, "only direct evidence, such as aerial photographs, could be convincing." It was not until 14 October, however, that a U-2, authorized at last to fly over the Western part of Cuba, brought the first high-altitude photographs of what seemed to be Soviet strategic missile sites, in different stages of completion, deployed on Cuban soil.
LOL.
Russia had nothing to do with it. There is no evidence whatsoever. Only opinion and consensus.
This is a false meme that needs to die a quick death. Purely a political ploy.

George Washington's was born on February 11, not February 22. He was born in 1731, not 1732.
Let's see if you can figure that out...
