Sure it's quality. Based on per capita, I 'think' you might find Louisiana the actual #1 in current production of major CF recruits. That data is surely easily found .

If you count where they were born then Aikman , Moon , and Van Brocklyn are Californians. Blanda didn't get in because of QB play, just durability.
