Would that be the same Sagarin that said the SEC West championn would easily dispatch UCF lasT year ? Besides, the highly respected ATC system says UCF is #4 and would beat Clemson and play the others tight. accordingtocomputers.com/

Sagarin is better than Vegas in terms of accuracy.

Sagarin is better than Vegas in terms of accuracy. I can't buy that, cpa...not in the long run. Any long term statistical proof ? Are you using Sagarin for your .800 picking in this little contest ? If so and you can do that for several consecutive seasons I would change my mind. If I can find the results... I compared the AP, the BCS rankings, the coaches poll, Sagarin, Howell and the Vegas Lines ( Betus.com) as bowl predictors about 6 or 8 bowls seasons ago and the betting lines were the most accurate as far as who won the games.

so far this year (309 games)

You can go back seasons as well to see how all the systems, Vegas were at predicting games
Just change the dropdown in the upper middle of the page.

Records vs. P5 teams since Kick Six + weeks ranked in AP poll…
Auburn (23-23), 55 weeks Iowa (31-19), 17 weeks K-State (25-24), 20 weeks Utah (25-19), 38 weeks Miami (25-19), 30 weeks
Livin’ that SEC life is tough.

That was interesting but too complicated for me.

I'm just going to per-emptively scratch Tennessee off the list, because I think they have no chance to beat Alabama....what is the current win streak in this series? When did Tennessee last win? Probably the Fulmer years sometime... So there are: 7 games left
The biggest challenge is going to be Baton Rouge in a few weeks, and this may be THE biggest challenge to Bama all year. Miss St could be dangerous, but the Tide is at home for that game as well as the Iron Bowl. No Jordan-Hare nightmares for Saban this year.
Saban teams are always well prepared for the first playoff games and usually dominate (Ohio State being the exception). That leaves a possible National Championship against someone like a Clemson or Ohio State
Wait and see...until then, Bama keeps rolling

5 games left, and I doubt the Citadel is going to beat Alabama
Also, Tua is a shoe-in for the Heisman
I don't think anyone can beat Alabama this year and that includes Clemson
I do think the SEC Championship game is going to be interesting....it will be a revenge game for Georgia

Alabama has had quite possibly the greatest run since John Wooden's UCLA teans since the 60's and 70's. They've also done it without a trace of scandal. That said a couple things we have to remember before we annoint them. -The schedule so far has been very squishy...A&M was the first team they've pkayed with a pulse and they got them at home. I dont think it would have mattered as A&M likely would have received the same treatment at home, but some programs are for whatever reason Jeckyl and Hyde on Home\Road games. A&M looked very formidle at home vs Clemson.....may have been a closer game for the Aggies at home may not have been. Alabama's other group of 5 opponents have been Ole Miss who resembled Illinois in taking far to long to put away Kent State yesterday and Louisville whom, lost 27-3 to Virginia yesterday and may or may not go Bowling. -Georgia did slow down one of those quarterbacks last year for a half...goes back to who've they played.....they haven't faced truly great athletes yet.Doesnt mean they won't score at will when they do.....but lets slow down the greatest team ever talk until they do. Alabama has played one single genuine regular season road game in the last 10 seasons...ONE ! Not taking anything away from Bama's super recruiting and talent depth but that fact plus playing 70% of all regular season games at home is very conducive to a dynasty run.

Um... that's pretty much IMPOSSIBLE!
They've played FOUR "genuine regular season road games" already THIS year.

Maybe Hen meant OOC? I assume so, but... that's not what he said.
For OOC, I suspect Bama is not the ONLY top team to rarely play true away games. Not since the beginning of the recent trend for having BIG OOC games at neutral sites.

Right....one single OOC genuine road game. How can any program get away with that crap ?
