Also, back to Sagarin who some of you guys believe is the absolute truth as far as defining relative strength in CF.
Are you buying this from Sagarin ? ---
North Dakota State is currently stronger than 7 SEC teams or half the conference and only two SEC teams ( Bama and Georgia) would be favored over NDSU by a touchdown or more.

Right....one single OOC genuine road game. How can any program get away with that crap ? Because, they can....
OOC road games are like rotary dial telephones... a relic from the past.

" because they can"...sure is a true story there , Bevo. Custom scheduling is one major reason that FBS CF is not a genuine championship sport.

Some of these guys think Sag's ratings are the end all

So....here we are
4 games left
Iron Bowl - SEC Championship
- Semifinal playoff
- National Championship
It is big time football now....and fast approaching to real meaningful games for Alabama.
I believe they will beat Auburn pretty bad. They need to hang points on them fast and not let Auburn have a chance to breathe. This game is totally winnable.

All, with the possible exception of Bama, would have their hands full with UCF, IMO. Sagarin's predictor says UCF would lose handily to all of them
tOSU 17 point favorite Clemson 15 UGA 12
I know, and Sagarin said the SEC West champ would easily roll UCF last January by at least 2 TDs but something happened.....they played a game of football !!!!...on a football field !!!..not a computer.
Playing is better than voting AND computing.

Yes, but just because there are upsets, that doesn't mean the computer program is faulty. The 2 aren't mutually exclusive. As long as you acknowledge that the predictive accuracy of the best various systems lies between 73-77%, life is good. None of these systems can yet get inside the heads of these 18-22 year-olds. Especially when one team was disappointed to be there and one team thought they were playing for a NC.
