The explosion of Anthony Davis coverage has been like sending sex-starved idiots to a brothel. One CBS sports writer already has the Lakers as the favorites for the title next year.
ESPN showed all of Anthony's fabulous shots and dunks before the CWS game started
Another CBS article talks about the 1 thing the Bengals need in order to make the playoffs. I didn't even bother to read the entire article...why bother? The one thing the Bengals need to make the playoffs is for the rest of the AFC North to mysteriously disappear because the Bengals are the worst team in the division at the moment

Did you watch the US Open - in the space of 3 holes Gary Woodland made 2 of the greatest shots in the history of golf according to the commentators. Fox has some work to do in their golf productions.

Agreed. I though Buck and Azinger were overall pretty flat in their delivery. Azinger, as a golfer, had some decent insights.

That 3-wood on the par 5 was a ballsy shot and he pulled it off. Prior to the shot, the odds were probably 50/50 that it could have sealed the victory or cost him the Open. If you want to test your golf skills, 8-10 at Pebble Beach will do it.

The golf Gods were with Woodland yesterday - that 3 wood took a very favorable bounce when it landed and skipped the right way for him. I've never played Pebble Beach and as much as I'm sure it would cost, I never will. I had a hard enough time navigating The Grizzly at Kings Island yesterday! I'm pretty, damn sure I'd lose at least 2 balls per hole at Pebble Beach.

Pebble Beach is actually quite playable for regular golfers... I shot an 83. I birdied #6 and parred #7 and #8. That was a thrill.
They have an EASY time toughing the course up for the US Open. Just let the rough grow up, and mow down all the fairways and greens.
I was not impressed with the Fox commentary, but... I WAS impressed with that 263 yard 3 wood on #14. That hole (and green) is a BITCH! If he'd plugged into that deep grass around the bunker, he'd have been in some trouble. It was a great shot, considering the circumstances.
The pitch shot on the 17th green was standard fare for these guys. He was disappointed he didn't make it.
I really enjoy the prime time, West Coast US Opens. The one Tiger won at La Jolla was classic... playing on one leg. Who knew that would be his last major for more than a decade!
