It's not a road game for Clemson
It's not a trap game
Clemson has 2 Heisman candidates
Tiger eyes are focused on the Aggies
I think Clemson wins big

I do.
A&M is one of the few teams on Clemson's schedule with comparable raw talent on their roster. Both teams have five-star QBs that can light up even excellent defenses. Kellen Mond proved it against Clemson, and Trevor Lawrence proved it against Notre Dame and Alabama.
8, 9, 1 – the number of Etienne carries, Lawrence passes, and Ross snaps, in last year’s game. This year will be completely different, and that’s a huge part of what fuels the size of the spread. Bama was favored by 24 against these guys last year, won by 22.
Last year was more favorable to A&M in our passing game with KB still at QB. And to say it another way, Ross and Higgins both have much more experience against good to really good defensive backfields. A&M may be better than "12th in the SEC in passing yards allowed" this year. But better than ND or Bama, etc., last year? That would be quite a massive leap.
I see Clemson winning but not covering, unless Dabo goes into "leave no doubt mode", which he doesn't do often. Clemson played 90 players against GT last week.
There’s some legitimate risk here. A&M is talented, but there’s a reason Clemson is favored by 17 points.

Evil, buddy
Texas A&M has light years more raw talent than Syracuse and pretty close to the coaching ability..right ? Well, in the last two seasons Clemson had two very , very narrow escapes vs Syracuse :
27-23 and 27-24. I can sure see A&M with some good bounces and 'calls' playing with Clemson. If I didn't run my balance out at BETUS I'd sure play A&M + 17.

I think A&M used up it's lucky horseshoe last year. Clemson had 4 easy INTs - 2 were dropped, which led to 2 3rd down conversions for A&M, and 2 were tipped directly into the hands of A&M WRs for TDs. Talk about lucky bounces. +17 is hard to turn down, unless Vegas knows something we don't (which is how they build 2 Billion dollar hotels and casinos).

The Aggies only won one true road game last year, a 3 pointer at SC.
The lost badly to Bama and Ol Mrs. and were one of Auburn's 3 wins.

I agree... they're unlikely to beat Clemson on the road. I KNOW Dabo will have the Tigers fired up.
But, this ONE TIME, I'll have to root for little sister down the road.

Yes they did. Jimbo gets a TD with 0:00 on the clock on 4th and goal...Venables rushed 9 and the TE managed to sneak thru into the end zone. All year Clemson had to listen to "Mond is gonna throw it all over them again"...type stories. Clemson's first team had Mond Limited to 51 yards passing, but he hit some after Dabo began substituting.
