you're counting the post season,Hero, for that inflated ranking stuff. Bama doesn't schedule post season games Bama, for such a powerhouse program, schedules very cowardly and pretty well avoids playing anything challenging on the road as a true visiting team.....common knowledge
True fact : since coaching in the SEC ( LSU/BAMA) 29% of Saban's regular season home wins have come against FCS and G5 teams...........nearly a third !
Cowardly OOC scheduling plus playing only 57% of your league opponents in any season is the SEC's very smart and safe way of negotiating the mythical system.
How many top 30 teams did your favorite school play last year?Hero, my favorite school has not scheduled a lower division opponent ( DII in this case ) for many decades and conversely has been scheduling higher division OOC opponents in recent and future seasons....just the opposite of Saban/Bama. No comparison in scheduling balls.

It also plays 67% of league opponents, not 57% like your favorite school. Per your question, Delaware played 6 top 25 teams in 2018 . The FCS rankings only go 25 deep but if they went 30 deep I speculate that we played 8 ( out 12 total games)...or 2/3 of our opponents would be top 30.

I already answered that...last two lines of the reply post When your team does something/ANYTHING to compare to Alabama I will be impressed. Until then, I’m sure your target audience will continue to lap up the schlock.

Yes Hero, Alabama's win-at-all-costs history including NCAA infractions and probation is something to be greatly admired
