People take Trump too literally, even here - Trump made clear he wants good relations with Russia - then everyone assumes Trump will end NATO & pull out of Europe... the "NATO is obsolete" comment is because he's angry that rich European countries depend on the US for defence and don't spend 2% of their GDP on defence....his end goal is saving tax dollars by not paying for rich European countries' defence. Can Trump be believed when he says that everyone will have health insurance? Yes, his words are like the utterances of angels...unlike your girl.

Can Trump be believed when he says that everyone will have health insurance? The real issue is not health insurance. The real issue is medical care. On medical care, the economics are very clear: those who consume the most are either unable to pay or unwilling to pay, while those who consume less either cannot pay or do not want to pay for those who consume more.
To me, gov.co cannot resolve this...Maybe a system which combines private enterprise (including free-market insurance policies) and private charity has any potential? Trump indicates that the real issue is health insurance:

Trump indicates that the real issue is health insurance: Realize what he said... insurance for everyone, meaning it will be available and affordable for everyone.. unlike what Obama forced on us. Trump didn’t say it was free for everyone... but that it would be available and affordable. And they will work into this plan, a way for the poor to be covered for needed care and take care of the veterans.
Trump has said from the getgo that he aims to open the market and remove the state line barriers... competition is what works. It won’t work for the government to take it over.
“Insurance for everybody” ceases to be insurance, it’s simply wealth redistribution.
Insurance is a classic example of risk management. If they are prevented from managing risk by rejecting, or limiting certain types of would-be policy holders or health conditions, there is no way to manage the risk, other than to raise premiums, co-pays and deductibles to outrageously high levels.
Health Insurance originally evolved because of Government manipulation of market forces, and "health insurance" is one of the primary causes of why medical care costs are so excessive - it has effectively removed the supply and demand paradigm from the process. When people aren't paying their own bills, they have no interest in controlling costs. When they are paying their bills, they object to excessive or extravagant costs, and it is this pressure that keeps prices down in other industries.
In the medical fields, the only ones in which costs are decreasing are those for elective procedures, such as eye surgery or cosmetic procedures.
In all other areas (where insurance dominates) prices are out of control and excessive.

You do realize that I have decades of experience in the health care industry, from managing hospitals to developing and operating medical facilities to being president and CEO of a publicly traded company in the health services delivery sector? I'm not going to pick apart what you said because Trump has yet to announce how he intends to ensure that everyone is insured. But, a little history. Health insurance began with community collectives that were associated with immigrant communities. They were the forerunners of health maintenance organizations (HMOs). The first health insurance companies started operating in the mid-1800s as a consequence of free market opportunities that were unrelated to "government manipulation of market forces". As late as the mid-1900s, most health services delivery costs were fee-for-services, paid out of pocket. Modern health insurances evolved in the second half of the twentieth century from employer paid disability insurances that compensated injured employees for lost wages, not for medical expenses.

Laugh of the day! Unless Vladimir Putin is totally nuts, the Russians have volumes of dirt on Trump. Ditto for every Republican and every Democrat of note. Ditto for every other person of note with influence within or associated with the U.S. government. Unless the U.S. intelligence community is slacking, it has volumes of dirt on Putin, other Russian government officials and every other person of note with influence within or associated with the Russian government. That is the way the world works. www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/01/17/putin-those-who-leaked-trump-dossier-worse-than-prostitutes.html

If you ever have conclusive proof it will be because the intelligence services have failed to protect classified information and sources.

So, why were the crowds for Trump's inauguration and the parade so tiny in comparison to the crowds for Obama's inaugurations?
