BTW.... Sham broke TWO teeth at the start of the Derby, and then ran the 2nd FASTEST TIME EVER, in the Derby.... but, still lost to Secretariat. Think on that when you watch that video.. That was the 2nd fastest horse... EVER... to run this race. It shows you how FAR Secretariat was away from every other Derby winner.
Sham was beautiful horse. ANY other year, he's a likely Triple Crown winner.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=LV4drumXbA4&ab_channel=NBCSportsEasily, the hardest of the three... because of the competition, and number of horses... Sham had a GREAT trip. No worries all the way around. Big Red had a bad start. Had to run 3-wide around the final turn. But still easily ran down Sham. Secretariat was a FREAK of nature. Not seen since... despite better training methods, and... um... better drugs. I watch a LOT of horse race videos. In most of them, I have to watch 2-3 times, to make sure I know the number, color, and position of the horse I want to follow. In ALL of these replays, I have no trouble seeing which horse is Secretariat. He was, without question, the GREATEST Champion we've seen in ANY sport in the last 50 years. Simply, incredible.

Yea. It was a slow Derby. Secretariat’s record is safe another year. It was a wet track

I went up to a racino about 10 minutes from our house. It has harness racing, slots and you can obviously bet on horse races. I boxed 235 - 2 and 3 came through but 5 didn’t show. I also took Sierra Leone to win which he didn’t by a nostril. Still, it was exciting to be a part of the crowd. This was the first time I sat in the new 1st turn section. It just opened a year or two ago. It was fantastic. The view (and sound) of all the horses running at you is exhilarating. I actually sat in that section on my very first Derby, in 2002... on bleachers, in the sun, and no way to see a betting board or tell who won, and a LONG walk to betting windows. Now, they have a giant cover (roof) over it, it has real seats, you can always see the giant TV, and the internet was good. I was able to place all my bet on my phone without even leaving my seat. Food/Drinks are included in the ticket price.... Both were plentiful, and good... but, the lines go pretty long later in the day. I definitely would go back... I think. The ticket was a gift from a friend. I'm not sure what the actual costs was. I was afraid to ask.

Now Georgia, after investigation has no ballot images for over 380,000 ballots, in violation of federal and georgia election laws. In Wisconsin, a city manager (Vogg) has been fired for manually printing 64,000 ballots in a back room and having random employees sign them. About as safe and secure as the vaccine they peddled.
There is so much information that has been presented over the years that you would at least question the possibility of how election fraud could have change the election out come.
Watching 2000 mules should at least make you think. How about stopping the election count in several major cities then at 4 AM 2 of the states that were behind had a drop of votes that went 100% to Biden. How about the video of Fulton county that shows them stopping the count. Then only democrats return to continue the count.
Here is a quote from aufan "Wikipedia, CNN, others report Hilary having 1,877,963 votes in Georgia in 2016. This is the number you used. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Georgia_elections Other sources, such as Politico, or the county level data that I used says she got 1,837,300 votes in Georgia. www.politico.com/2016-election/results/map/president/georgia/Which is correct? Honestly, I don’t know."
I went out a did a little research on this and of the 15+ sites I went to everyone with the exception of Politico had 1,877,963 for Hilary. The only source that I found that had 1,837,300 was Politico.
aufan Can you site the other sources that says Hilary got 1,837,300 votes? You accuse Bevo of lying but you used the knowingly false or inconclusive data from Politico to make your point.
Remember when you told me it was a waste of time conversing with that guy? You were right. It's a total waste of time. He's not honest. He is completely brainwashed. He's a lost soul, who seems to have no purpose in life other than dragging other people into his pit of anger and despair. Live is WAY too short for that.

Well, the weather held up! It was a glorious day of, mostly sunshine.
Fierceness was in PERFECT position to win this race, as I thought he might. But, an hour before race time, I learned that he had problems with his hoofs, and shoes. Todd Pletcher flew some guru from LA in to repair the hoofs, and glue new shoes on. It seemed to work at first, but then he just pulled up. That killed all of my trifecta bets.
BUT! It's the Derby, where long odds abound. I had bet $20 to win on Mystic Dan. He was one of the very few horses who had actually ran a 100 Beyer Speed rating. That bet paid $380. I also bet (my LAST bet before the race) a $3 exacta box on Dan, Forever Young, and Just a Touch. Dan won... Forever Young was literally 6" away from 2nd place. If he'd taken 2nd, I would have won another $500, at least. But, it wasn't to be.
My wife attended a neighborhood party where they drew $5 and $10 random draws on the Derby. She drew Mystic Dan on the $10 draw. So, after a good day of betting... I won $400, and she won $200. It was a pretty awesome day.
The traffic was SO BAD getting out. I didn't get home until 8:15. But, all in all... a REMARKABLE Derby experience. The new paddock expansion is incredible. Churchill is the most awesome track in the world, bar none. What a privilege it is to live near it.

Heading out to the first turn area of Churchill today to see the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby. It’ll be my 17th, and probably my last, in person anyway. It’s going to be an emotional experience.
At the end of this month, my son is moving his family to Tampa. We’re not following right away. But, we’ll likely also be moving sometime in the next year.
We’ve lived here in Kentucky for 23 years now. I like it a lot. We’ve made many friends. Have a great church. The weather is generally very good. Much better, imo, to the oppressive heat of the gulf coast. I DON’T want to move. But, I also can’t stand the thought of only seeing our granddaughters 3 or 4 times a year.
Should be a good race today, if the weather holds up. Fierceness looks like the kind of horse who could just run away with it. But, he’s also a horse that’s not run well a couple of times. I think this was purposeful. His trainers just wanted experience without pushing too hard. We’ll see. It’s a huge race. There’s always the chance he’ll get stuck in a crowd and get shut out.
If that happens, there’s a BUNCH of horses that come into play: Sierra Leone, Just a Touch, Catching Freedom, etc. Even the Japanese horse, Forever Young, has a chance this year. It’s going to be exciting to see. The “Most Exciting 2 minutes in sports”.
I’m actually not a huge fan of horse racing, although many people think I am. I am a fan of this race. It’s the BEST race to bet on all year. The odds are always decent and you have months to watch all the contenders and make your selection. Because my father was such an avid fan, I know a little about how to evaluate the past performances. Only for the Derby, can you actually watch them all.
Every time I go to a Derby, I can’t help but think about my father. This year, I’ll be remembering that I moved my family away from him when my sons were about the same age as my granddaughters. My move was also optional. I didn’t HAVE to do it. But, I think my reasons and timing made a lot more sense. I’m sure my son would disagree. But then, he’s a financial analyst, so maybe not?
Ya’ll raise a glass of bourbon and enjoy the race!

very cute...
Ballot harvesting and stuffing is difficult to see, after the fact. As long as the names on the envelopes are real people, or at least names that are listed on registered voter rolls. You can't detect that with ballot recounts, which is all that is allowed immediately following the elections. It requires a detailed analysis of the names of voters, confirmation that they eligible at the time of the election, and confirmation that they actually voted. In the very few places where this kind of analysis has been attempted, LOTS of problems have been found.
The ONLY way to truly combat it is to follow election procedures that make it virtually impossible to do. Naturally, Democrats vehemently oppose ANY effort at improving the security of the election process against this.
The "mountain of evidence" is different. That is the evidence of election "rigging", which may are may not be actual "fraud". That includes things like illegal drop boxes, burying/discrediting the Hunter laptop story, dumping millions of Zuckerbucks into the most populous DEMOCRAT counties, etc.... And yes, there is a mountain of evidence.

What if I told you that the MLB records for… • strikeouts in a season; • strikeouts in a career; • seasons with 200+ strikeouts; • seasons with 300+ strikeouts; • no-hitters; • one-hitters; • two-hitters; and • three-hitters …were all held by the same player? You forgot what, imo, is the most impressive record: Lifetime lowest batting average against. The hardest pitcher to get a hit on, ever… over one of the longest careers ever.

I would say, they’ve picked a LOSER issue to back this time.
But then, the entire BLM case was based on a blatant lie. So, who knows?

I’m counting on your assessment of non-funded counties in Georgia. Maybe, I shouldn’t ?
Money spent in Texas, or California or New Jersey had zero impact on the outcome of the election. That’s just how it is. But, you know that already, don’t you?
It’s just there to muddy up the data.
I wonder how many lives were saved by this critical COVID protection?
