Wow Smooth transition From Clemson’s players are stupid to it’s all about the SEC. SEC will likely got 17 - 0 vs than the FCS Farr far better than the BIG which could only go 3 - 0 vs FCS One team in the SEC tried and voted to increase the number of conference games. The one and only team in the SEC to vote for the increase...can you guess. Funny that I get this thrown up to me almost every week yet no one EVER gives credit to Alabama for being the lone voice for change.

Leftist: We are going to take your guns to stop mass shootings.
Me: Okay, we are going to cut off your penis to stop rapes.
Leftist: But, I'm not going to rape anybody.
Me: Exactly.

One of the greatest difficulties the CFP Committee has is: The vast differences between the schedules that various teams play.
They don't all play even the same number of games! They don't all play even against the same NCAA Divisions! They don't all play even the same number of conference games.
Individual conferences have a lot of autonomy, and I'm OK with that. But, these are "BASIC STRUCTURE" questions. This is an area where the NCAA SHOULD set some standards. Their weakness holds this sport back. But then, maybe that's what they're actually trying to do? Also unsuccessfully.

It's commonality of schedule (or lack thereof).

ESPN did their best to hype the BC upset of Clemson. How will the weather affect Clemson? How will Trevor Lawrence do in his first true road start in a tough game? Can Clemson slow down AJ Dillon, who was 4th in FBS rushing coming into the game? BC comes in averaging 37.2 ppg. and 203 RYPG? Howard, Pollack, ESPN Radio: Clemson is vulnerable here today. most vulnerable of the top 10. Weather: Clemson moved to 7-0 in games played in 30-degree weather. Lawrence: At one point was hitting close to 90% of his passes, despite constant blitz. AJ Dillon: 39 yards rushing (previous avg was 128) BC : 7 points, 9 rushing yards total. Texas with the Crabtree revenge play for a TD. Florida tried to give the game away, but recovered. USF and Temple rolled. I thought it was great hype and exposure for the ACC. Upsets have happened with the BC Eagles...just ask '93 Notre Dame. And of course there was the Flutie game Flutie did that to Clemson to back in 1983, too.
Clemson led 16-3 near the end of the 3rd quarter and Flutie led BC to 4 TDs in the last 18 minutes and won 31-16.
Clemson and BC tied the year before 16-16.

CPA, all those cowardly SEC rent-a-win games are actually playoff games. I learned this from Bevo. He said every single regular season game counts and is a critical playoff game because the regular season is a playoff. Therefore , maybe you shouldn't be so skeptical of those SEC crunch time playoff games. Wow Smooth transition From Clemson’s players are stupid to it’s all about the SEC. Hen puts a lot of faith in IQ tests.

With the exception of Hunter Renfrow and Adam Choice (damn that fumble at FSU in 2014), this Clemson senior class:
1. Never lost its division 2. Never lost its conference 3. Never failed to make the CFP
Senior day Saturday
50 wins 3 division titles 3 conference titles 3 CFP appearances 1 national title
For Dabo 8 straight 10 win seasons.
How hard is that - ask ND - only one in 25 years....

With the exception of the Tattoo-gate year (2011), Ohio State has won over 10 games every year since 2005; 13 out of 14 years - 15 out of the last 17. (They do need to win one more this year but I think they'll do that.)

Big Time Exhibition college football needs 3 things :
1) A real competition based championship
2) Massive academic standards reform
3) Balanced scheduling
