If you put a fox in the henhouse, he'll have chicken for dinner every night. This is why we don't have a democracy. We don't have a democracy, it's illusive freedom Truth is we live in a surveillance state since the Patriot Act. All of the spying on the Trump campaign was granted through FISA courts. What are FISA courts? When did they come into existance? These mass shootings smell like shit. There is something going on here when afterwards it turns into a political firestorm... there is a lot more to this than: a pssychopath + a gun = 20 dead people the political machine feeding off of this is revolting

As it should. He's bought and paid for by the NRA
Now, I disagree with the media in labeling Trump a White supremacist or racist that incites hate. That's not fair and not in his heart, IMO. However it's very, very fair to say Trump is a stupid dope regarding his idiotic impulsive words and tweets that can very easily give people that impression and give unfriendly media lots of ammo. His brain is the problem in conjunction with his mouth.

I don't think the media cares too much with your opnion on white supremacy. It is obvious that they are trying to create that narrative. Go back and watch congress interviewing FBI Director Christopher Wray (just a week ago), where Jerry Nadler and many other democrats were trying to seed a narrative of growing dangerous white supremecy people. These are basically CIA tactics to destablize a government NRA is nearly irrelevant in all of this

Trump's stupidity continues to feed the media that is trying to create that narrative. If he could just shut up and quit tweeting for a few months perhaps that unfair narrative would simmer down. His basers , that admire his stupidity and think its entertaining and funny, would be disappointed but it might be his best strategy - ignore the media.
Ahhhh..the NRA. Sure Evil - not real relevant in the race stuff but 100000% relevant in our nations gun violence problems.
What's the difference in our country and all the other industrialized advanced nations that don't have the ridiculous gun slaughters ? We have violent video games, they have violent video games. We have mental health cases, they have mental health cases. We have hateful angry people , they have hateful angry people.
Here's the difference : They don't have anything like an NRA...a powerful political lobby that insures easy access to deadly tactical weaponry throughout our society and obstructs any common sense legislation to address the gun problem.

Agree, the NRA is nearly irrelevant in all of this - 5 million people in a country of 300 million +.
The NRA is nothing more than a fake boogeyman for the Dems to raise money on...
Now in London, they simply have mass acid attacks and mass knife attacks.
The evil is decided before the weapon is chosen.
And other countries do have mass shootings. The US ranks 61st out of the 86 countries that have had mass shootings, despite what the fake news media wants you to believe. Obama repeated this lie today.

Easy access to deadly weaponry as enabled ,protected, and promoted by the NRA
That's the bottom line, IMO, regarding this issue

I used to read several newspapers daily and consumed as much news as possible. Now I seldom seek the for mass consumption “news”. If people can watch a little video like this without being changed then they can enjoy ignorance.

Then get out there and promote changing the constitution.. because, THAT is the ONLY way to legally do what YOU want to do.
If you can't do that, then.... you'd better start coming up with other solutions, because.. trying to legislate away constitutional rights will just generate MORE of these kinds of events.. The "well regulated militia" will fight back.
I wish this problem were as simple as you think it is, Hen. It's not.
Gun access today is not significantly different than it was 5 years ago. But, our people are. This is a people problem, not a gun problem.

You know what makes me ill? So ill, I want to throw up every time I hear it?
Texas officials investigating whether or not what this idiot in El Paso did was a "Hate Crime"? Who the hell cares? The very idea that it matters, one way or the other, is repugnant to me. He KILLED 20 innocent people. I don't give a crap as to WHY.. he needs to be put to death.. in as slow, and painful a way possible.
IMO, the entire concept of "Hate Crimes" perpetuates racial strife.
