Almost a certainty that Ohio State will be adding 3 more to this list in a couple months with a great shot at having the first one selected in Jeff Okudah...I expect Jordan Fuller and Damon Arnette to also get the call.

To determine all these assorted college 'Us' I'd suggest quality over quantity. Check the HOFers. For example, TE U would be a tie among Pitt,Minnesota, NW State, Notre Dame,Syracuse, Missouri, Savannah St. & Alabama DBU would be a tie between USC and Southern U. ....and for Hero, QB u would have to be Alabama (Namath, Stabler, Starr) NW, Ore, Duke & Pur - 2 each
...and also based on HOF QUALITY :
DL U - Grambling,Tennessee, Boston Coll., Miami, Tenn State
RB U - Syracuse & USC
OL U - Nebraska & USC

Alabama will probably add at least two. Xavier McKinney and Trayvon Diggs.

No surprise here - TOSU leads: The draft is nice but after OSU's long, long football history it has only been able to produce one lone single hall of fame quality defensive back...and nobody in the last 50 years. Many CF programs have done better than that.

That is surprising. They’ve had some solid pros in recent years but I guess nothing HOF worthy. Antoinne Winfield, Malcolm Jenkins and Shawn Springs come to mind.

My guess is Jack Tatum is the OSU DB Hen was referring to.

Tatum was a feared assassin, for sure, but not a HOF quality player. Dick Lebeau is the only ex Buckeye DB to be enshrined.

I think the Daryl Stingley incident is probably the reason Tatum hasn’t been elected to the HOF. From a PR stance he didn’t look good in how he handled things after Stingley’s injury. He is in the college HOF....

He is in the college HOF.... Hmmmm......could be, doc. Tatum's DB contemporaries from that era who did make the HOF were Cliff Harris, Mel Blount, Mike Haynes, Ken Houston & Larry Wilson. They were a little better all around NFL players in the judgement of the HOF selectors.
