Our niece is one of the challengers on the show tomorrow - her name is Sarah Schmitt (maiden name is Rini but pretty sure she'll go by Schmitt). Not sure how she did - she's not aloud to tell - but she'll be taking on a 3 day champ who's done fairly well to this point. She's from Columbus, Ohio - give her a watch, she's a nice kid!

She looked a little nervous but held her own. I need to talk with her now that the show aired but betting nothing pretty much assured her 3rd place.

Not great categories for her in Double Jeopardy. She DID get Rod Stewart. That had to make you proud! It was poor strategy at the end.... nothing much to lose at the end by betting as much as you can. There is always the chance that BOTH leaders will miss. But, not very likely. I admire her for doing what I've never had the courage to try.... and, I SHOULD. I'm pretty good at useless trivia.

Yeah, the Double Jeopardy rounds were not conducive for a millennial, podcasting, stay at home mother. She was right in the thick of things following round one - plus the other contestants found the daily doubles. I was yelling Singin' in the Rain at the television but I guess she didn't hear me! I took the test in late January but didn't do very well. We were in a hotel at the time and there was a disturbance in the room next door as I was taking it. You answer 50 questions, one every 15 seconds, and if you're slow at typing - it goes by quickly!!! It was fun to watch her and I look forward to hearing about her experience when we all get out of quarantine!
