1. Army 2. OSU is over 100, Wisconsin is probably zero or 1, Clemson between 10-20. 3. Ohio State just passed UM but I don't recall if it was for best all-time or not. Notre Dame could also be up there. Possibly Oklahoma?

Then 3 is Michigan. They both lost their last games but Ohio State has played fewer games so Michigan is back on top until the lose again.

Alabama has the most with 17 CLAIMED national championships
the keyword here is "claimed"....and the list I saw doesn't have Ivy schools listed, so those are some more hints

could be a team that actually hasn't been in FBS all that long...a certain team that has won a hell of a lot but isn't P5? hmmm
Also, another hint: yes Ohio State is #2 and Meatchicken is #3

Through the Tony Dorsett, Dan Marino years they were always top 10 - then Foge Fazio ran them into the ground. #4 has to be App State but really shouldn't count as they've only been playing at the top level for less than 10 years.

Maybe UCF? They sure have been winning at high rate. Also, not for that long.
Heisman- SB MVP:
Namath? Roger Staubach, I know... Maybe, Dorsett? Not sure he was Super Bowl MVP, but... certainly might have.. Marcus Allen... He won everything, I'm sure.

Oh wait... I must have one wrong, cause I'm SURE Jim Plunkett did both.

Allen, Staubach and Plunkett are correct. The other is someone I'll always despise for something he did in the Ohio State/Michigan game. He didn't have a stellar NFL career but he had a great impact on his team's Super Bowl win, obviously. He also managed to keep his job at ESPN while Mark May was fired which tells you just how bad Mark May was because this guy is pretty bad in his own right.
