Allen, Staubach and Plunkett are correct. The other is someone I'll always despise for something he did in the Ohio State/Michigan game. He didn't have a stellar NFL career but he had a great impact on his team's Super Bowl win, obviously. He also managed to keep his job at ESPN while Mark May was fired which tells you just how bad Mark May was because this guy is pretty bad in his own right. That's a lot of clues, but... I'm generally clue-less about the goings on at ESPN. So, those don't help me at all... But, since you say he played in the OSU-Michigan (did you actually type the "M"?? ) I'm gonna change my guess to Desmond Howard? I don't remember him winning a SB MVP... but, I do recall him having a monster game for Green Bay.

Yep - it's Desdumb Howard - he returned a kickoff for a TD in Green Bay's Super Bowl win in 1997. And he will forever be despised by me for the 'Heisman pose' he did following a punt return for a TD against Ohio State in 1993, I believe.

He also picked Michigan to beat Ohio State the past 2 seasons and the combined score has been 118-66. Plus he's from cleveland, Ohio - lousy traitor!

Maybe UCF? They sure have been winning at high rate. Also, not for that long. Heisman- SB MVP: Namath? Roger Staubach, I know... Maybe, Dorsett? Not sure he was Super Bowl MVP, but... certainly might have.. Marcus Allen... He won everything, I'm sure. Last hint for Winning Percentage....they play on a blue field!!!!

I think I'd actually seen that.. but, it's hard remember such irrelevant teams.
