I got my Athlon mag. Here is my list of the most loaded programs for 2020, Kung Flu Virus be damned
BYU will have a decent team. Zac Wilson is back. 8 starters on offense and 7 on defense.
I wouldn't say Notre Dame is LOADED, but they return enough talent along with QB Ian Book to have a great season.

ACC
FSU -- they bring back a ton of people. Norvell has a lot to work with. If they can shore up the Oline and fix QB play...
Louisville brings back a ton of players. They are ready to move up
Georgia Tech surprisingly brings back a ton of players. They could be on the rise.
North Carolina brings back almost their entire offense!! Mack Brown on the rise
Pitt brings back Kenny Pickett and a hard hitting D
Virginia and Virginia Tech are freaking loaded
Add in Clemson, and the entire conference should make a jump from where they were in 2019.
American
SMU brings back Shane Buechele and a good core group of players
Houston is pretty loaded,
Memphis, Cincinnati, East Carolina and Navy bring back decent teams
UCF is back with Dillon Gabriel
Big XII
Iowa State returns Purdy at QB and 9 starters on D (seniors and juniors)
Oklahoma surprisingly brings back 8 starters on O and 9 on D. Do they have a QB?
Oklahoma State is absolutely loaded. Gundy can make a serious run!
Texas returns 9 starters on D, Sam Ehlinger is back, definitely a lot of potential for the Longhorns
Texas Tech could be dangerous as they return a lot of key players
Big 10
Indiana returns a lot of players, and could be a team on the rise
Minnesota brings back Tanner Morgan and enough players to make noise again
Wisconsin and Northwestern bring back strong defenses
Ohio State is listed as only bringing back 3 starters on defense...they look a little slim on returning starters, but I have faith they will reload. Overall, the key player they bring back is Justin Fields.
Overall, the Big 10 looks a lot greener this year. Michigan and Michigan State don't bring back much. Penn State might make some noise, but I don't think they will be at the level of the Buckeyes.
C-USA
UAB caught my eye...last year they were 9-5. This year, they could possibly be a contender for a NY6 bowl, although schedule is weak
MAC
Buffalo, Kent State, Miami OH, Ohio, and Ball State could be dangerous in the MAC
Mountain West
San Diego State and Nevada might be able to move up the ladder and challenge Boise State
PAC -12
Cal is loaded, brings back Christopher Brown and Chase Barbers
How bout them Trojans? Too bad we don't get USC vs. Bama. Kedon Slovis returns, along with a stacked D
Not much else really...Colorado might have a good team
SEC
I liked Florida initially, but returning starters look a little sparse. Kyle Trask is back.
Kentucky returns a lot of players.
Tennessee returns a lot of players, including QB Guarantano
Vandy returns a loaded D, but looks sparse on offense
Alabama usually reloads instead of rebuilds. They have key players back including Dylan Moses, Patrick Surtain, DeVonta Smith, and Najee Harris. What about QB though?
Auburn brings back Bo Nix and.....uh............did I already say Bo Nix? They are not loaded, they are UNLOADED
LSU -- the 2019 glorious team has moved on...they bring back a couple of good WRs and Stingly. That's it. They are UNLOADED
Texas A&M is LOADED!!! Mond is back, the D is back, the Aggies are ready to move!!!
Sun Belt
App State and Georgia State are loaded! App State brings back Zac Thomas. Louisiana could be dangerous
