1. Clemson 2. Notre Dame 3. Miami 4. Oklahoma ------------- 5. Texas
6. UCF
Clemson takes over the top spot. Clearly they look like the top team this year. Notre Dame brutalized South Florida, and AAC school.
Miami is really interesting. Their offense has the pieces to be a high flying offense this year. If they start gelling, they will be hard to stop. Incredible TEs. Can their defense be elite?
Oklahoma, Texas and North Carolina move down for not playing, so no results.
UCF looks pretty good, so they make their appearance at #6
Pitt dropped out, a little lackluster vs. Syracuse
Next week, the SEC kicks off, so well see how well Alabama, LSU, Florida, Georgia, and Texas A&M look and how they fit into the rankings. My expectations are that Alabama is the only SEC team to really have a shot to make the playoffs this year. Georgia and Texas A&M might surprise. Not sure about Florida yet
I thought Oklahoma State would be better....kind of disappointing so far

Miami is gonna destroy FSU this Saturday. ya
I usually look forward to FSU-Miami, but FSU is in rough shape. Coach Norvell has corona and won't even be there
FSU is a complete rebuilding job at this point. It's going to take a few years for Norvell to get his players in there. Blackman is not the the answer...the entire offense needs new talent. I think it will be about a 5 year rebuild. In addition, there are teams in the ACC that are building successful programs. Narduzzi at Pitt, Coach Brown at North Carolina, Diaz at Miami. Georgia Tech and Louisville are building too
It's going to be a rough few years in Tallahassee.

Trevor had a rating of 355.7 Saturday, completing 89% and 4 TDs in a relatively short time.

FSU has stud athletes. Either they are not buying into the program or not getting coaching on execution, IMO.

I guess I haven’t been paying too much attention to USF for the last two years, but I’m surprised USF is that bad. They used to be a respectable G5. Just looked them up. Apparently Charlie Strong drove the bus over a cliff, going 10-2 —> 7-6 —> 4-8.
Jeff SCott has his work cutout i guess.
