Yep. Numbers are just from 1999. Big 10 in general is not too good when it comes to championships. 0 championships this century.

A little scary that BAMA has to face Rick Pitino in round one. No gimme's at number 2. Especially when you have a coach that has been there. Not sold on Bama yet. Their second round game will tell alot.

A little scary that BAMA has to face Rick Pitino in round one. For all his character flaws, Pitino CAN coach young men to play basketball. He's outmanned in talent, but... I bet he has a trick or two ready. That said, Bama looks for real to me.

I guess Oral Robert’s is for real too ? People want me to make fun of Ohio State losing to Oral Roberts and to point out that #2 seeds have only lost to #15 seeds 9 times in the history of the Tournament...9 times. And, that 2 of those losses were by South Carolina and Ohio State. I simply won’t do it.

Hopefully, we can make it past Abilene Christian, but... I wouldn't bet money on it. And, I'll bet on almost anything. What happened to the Tigers?

I tuned in about 5 minutes into the game and Clemson proceeded to miss 9 straight shots...and STILL had the lead. Every bounce of the ball seemed to land in the hands of Rutgers. Typical performance of Brownell's tenure - solid D, offense all over the place. If Brownell could recruit an elite shooter, things might improve.
