One rule about college football is there is always someone that stomps your team's ass consistently. For example, Ohio State had lots of issues with Clemson, but they purged those demons in the playoff. Notre Dame has had problems with Ohio State. What team has given your team fits?
For FSU, it has been Oklahoma throughout the years...they don't play often, but OU has dominated the series, including the 2000 championship
For LSU, Alabama has been the SEC thorn in their side, especially the last 10 years.
LSU is also 2-7 vs. FSU, but most surprisingly, they are 0-5 against Nebraska...never beaten the Cornhuskers

Alabama and LSU once was a lot closer to even. Funny point for a while the away team won almost every year.

Notre Dame beat Alabama 5 of the first 6 they ever played. If you can imagine my two favorite teams are Alabama and the team playing Nd.

the only team that has really threatened Alabama IMO has been Auburn. Auburn's offense kept the Tide off-balance, and managed to beat Saban 4 times. Even still though, the Tide have dominated the series for awhile...

NC State used to be that team. Danny missed out on several potential Natty's becuase of Dick Sheridan and the Wolfpack...they won several in a row in the 80s.
