#1 Michigan vs. #4 LSU #2 Tennessee vs. #3 Florida St.
I also still like Alabama, Ohio St., and Georgia, but the real difference IMO is what the above teams bring back at quarterback. The Tide, Buckeyes, and Bulldawgs lose their QBs. Georgia loses 25 year old Bennett, who was the key piece in 2 national championships.
If Stroud had come back for Ohio St., I would have had them at #1.
Michigan should be even better on offense next year. I think they can go undefeated again next season with a watered down OOC schedule. They do have some tricky road games, including @ Penn St. and Maryland.
Heupel has given Tennessee a lot of hope, and has QBs that can sling it down field
FSU is pretty interesting as they've gone under the radar, but they bring back a stacked team, and Norvell has been killing it in the transfer portal. How they got Verse to come back for another season is beyond me
LSU under Brian Kelly did really well the 1st year, beating Alabama and winning the West.
USC, Notre Dame, and Penn St., might be good darkhorse candidates. I'm sure the media will be promoting USC hard.

Bama, UGA, OSU and a mild surprise sounds right.... and, 2 of the 4 will have no business being there. Just recipients of mulligans
