Build an ALL-TIME college football Offense: QB: RB: WR: WR: WR: TE: GO! QB I am going with Joe Burrow. He go the Heisman and went on to one of the best ever seasons by any QB RB Easy Archie 2 Heisman's and wasn't far off of a third. WR Corey Davis - I don't care if he was MAC but he put NCAA record books to shame WR Calvin Johnson was just simply a man amongst boys at GT. I just remember watching him dominate. WR Jerry Rice - Sure his pro career help him out in this one but with the stats he had he was the real deal and put MSVS on the map.

The argument for Roger over Tebow, Watson, Burrow and all the other outstanding CF QBs :
Roger Staubach's individual greatness led a team of modestly athletic, under sized, relatively slow, real football 'student-athletes' all the way to the mythical national championship game in the Cotton bowl.....basically carrying that team on his back. There is a huge difference between a team of legitimate 'student-athletes' and a team full of pure football 'athletes' that those other guys were surrounded with. They lost to Bevo's Longhorns.
Also, maybe because I'm so much older than the rest of you 'young-uns' (76 in a couple weeks) I might have a different perspective of what 'all time' means.......basically, all of CF history , not just the last the last 3-4 decades or so. Anyway, good fun to keep the forum alive.

He was in the Blue Gray All-star Game. He looked like a man among boys in an all-star game. When I heard the 49ers traded up I knew they would draft him.
