More proof that BBB ratings are unreliable.

In the sense that a company that has ceased operations can have its bad record expunged after 3 years, I would have to agree.
However, Trump University's D- rating while it was operating seems generous.

Perhaps for a very short time, until the deluge of complaints began to flow in.
You would think by now Trump would have been able to come up with a small number of former Trump University "students" who would sing praises about his scam.

Changing the name of the University doesn't change the entity.
Megyn was wrong to insert herself into the middle of a debate between Marco and Trump. That's not the proper role of a "moderator". She can discuss it on her own show to her hea rt's content. Here again, she shows her dishonesty.

Changing the name gave TEI a fresh start as far as the BBB was concerned.
Megyn Kelly proved that Trump was lying, as if that wasn't obvious. She had every right, even a responsibility, to correct the record because Trump had improperly accused Fox News of concealing the "Trump University" A rating.
Have you noticed the numerous things that Donald Trump and Barack Obama have in common? First and foremost, neither is willing to admit when he has made a mistake. Second, both blame their failures on others. The list goes on and on.
