Wow... that's a pretty damning article with regards to the current state of politics in the scientific community. I think it's an interesting theory. And, if their data is correct? It should easily be verified by others, or disproven. If confirmed, it would BLOW AWAY the current "CO2 Based Ideology"... and, yes... that's what I think it is: "Ideology"... not science. |

Well they quote Gavin Schmidt, a Climate chamge insider, as saying " They just curve fitted 4 points" but he had nothing to say about the Physics.

The gist of the paper is that the science is not good enough to influence policy. It is good enough to inspire more and better research. A thought: The only data that is "real" and universally accepted is the atmospheric Carbon dioxide data which shows growing Carbon consistanrt with humane use. One outcome of continued increase might be initiating the next Iceage--long overdue.Now that would be a planetary disaster and not just some inconvience for the homes along Malibu beach. |

In a sane world, this MIT study would put a DAGGER in the heart of the AGW movement. But, this ideology became untethered from any real science LONG ago. It's a global political movement, designed to transfer wealth from the developed world to the undeveloped world. Nothing more.

When you won, one of several cow "voices" said.... "moo". It was hilarious. I played two hours, won $48. Maybe that's why I thought it was so funny. |
