Statistically, the chances of a coin flip coming up heads 4 times in a row is 1 in 16. 1/16th of 130 teams, rounded, is 12.
16 undefeated teams at this point in the session seems to be about right.

24 unbeaten teams left by conference: ACC (5), AAC (4), Big Ten (4), Pac-12 (4) Big 12 (3), SEC (2), C-USA (1), MWC (1).

By the end of the season I'd be surprised if there are any undefeated teams. I do think Alabama is the most likely to do it. Oklahoma would have to extend their winning streak to over 20 games which few teams have ever done. Clemson would need to get to 18 or 19 straight. Michigan and Penn State play each other plus they both play Ohio State. I don't see USC doing it. Conference championship games will narrow it down as well. Almost everyone, if not everyone, will lose.
