That dramatic CWS champ series game 2 !!!....OSU down to last strike and comes back and wins. They won because you can't run out the clock to seal a victory in Baseball..no clock killing victory formations. To win a ball game you have to get 27 men out regardless of how long it takes. No crying in baseball and no clock in baseball. Bravo !!!
It's amazing that Arkansas is this close, striking out something like 29 or 30 times in 2 champ games. Can't wait for tomorrow night. Two superb college ball teams.

This could be reminiscent of the Cubs implosion after the Bartman interference back about 10-15 years ago.
I didn't see the play live last night and they were talking about it on the radio this morning. Having seen the replay now, it should have been caught but it was a tough play. I think the right fielder should have taken charge but it was a tough chance.

Game 3
Some Arkansas coach just got thrown out
Definitely the most dramatic CWS I've seen

Wow
That baby faced kid went 9 innings, 130+ pitches and gave up two hits....a bunt and a softly hit dribbler..and he'a a freshman !!!! That was a truly awesome domination of a hot hitting team.
That missed foul pop up, in game 2, will go down in CWS history. It was nobody's fault except perhaps the coaching staff because none of the 3 Arkansas players called for it.
Anyway, agree with Evil -great dramatic national championship...and sorry for being redundant but no bullshit ESPN/Dr.Pepper committee deciding anything. Playing is better than voting.

Dr. Pepper and ESPN do not have representatives on the committee.
Here's a newsflash for you: Baseball is not the same as football.

Not directly, Bevo but ESPN and Dr. Pepper sponsor and market the event and have very strong influence in a very TV profitable 'name brand' driven show...my strongest opinion. Only the top beauties are considered in the beauty contest.

That's the drama that really draws me to sports....so, so close for the Hogs but in Baseball "it ain't over til it's over" . Given that new life I kinda figured OSU would easily take game 3.
