episode last night. They apparently bounce around from past to present and last nights show centered on the meeting of the parents on the show. They lived in Pittsburgh and the meeting occurred on the day of the Steelers/Raiders Immaculate Reception game. I thought it was odd that they went to a carnival, they had candy apples and it started to rain. I told my wife that the Immacualte reception game was a playoff game which took place in the winter. I doubt Pittsburgh has many carnivals in the winter. Today I looked up the game and it was played on December 23, 1972 - no mention or sign of Christmas in the show. The temperature was 40 degrees so I guess it could have rained but I doubt there would have been many people at a carnival. I think next week when This is Us comes on I'll find something else to do.

Lol. I watched that show. It wasn’t their best. I really didn’t understand why they chose to bring Franco into it?
The first season of the show was phenomenal. Some of the most creative writing I’ve ever seen on TV. But now, I think they’re struggling to measure up. Reminds me of the show ‘24’. It’s hard to match something truly novel.
