Clemson played Wake yesterday and it was a tribute game for Clemson RB CJ Fuller, who passed earlier in the week at the very young age of 22.
CJ would have been proud yesterday, as the Tigers rushed for 471 and an 11.8 YPC, and 3 RBs over 125 yards.
The 11.8 YPC is a new school record, breaking the 11.2 record set in 1903 in John Heisman's last season at Clemson.
Fuller is probably best know for 2 plays in the CFP:
1. This wheel route TD against the Buckeyes

and
2. This KO return against Bama which gave the Tigers great FP for "The Drive"

We will miss you CJ.

What happened ? How did he die so young? His grandmother said he was having chest pains otherwise, being pretty tight-lipped about it so far.
