This is the first time in a long time I'm actually really into Browns Football this year so forgive me for being super excited. I was super pumped after the big win over the Ravens, but then as I look at the standings I realized this is a BRUTAL division. There are no bad teams or gimme games in the AFC North. The Bengals look like legit conte, sets in the AFC. Baltimore has potentially the best defense in the Conference and Pittsburgh is still a team that if they get their internal issues straightened out is still probably a playoff team. So what should,my expectations as a Browns fan be? Do you guys think the Brownies are a legit Playoff(Wildcard) threat? I'm watching them every week and honestly I don't see a game they cant compete in, on the rest of their schedule....I think they can go 8-7-1.

I think the AFC North might be the toughest division at the moment
Can the Browns compete in the rest of their games? Maybe...Baker Mayfield is a gamechanger
The problem is, I don't see any gimme games. The two weakest teams on their schedule, Houston and Denver, are on the road.
I predict 7-9 or 6-10
I think they are a year away....maybe get a good draft, and get some good free agents
Pittsburgh won't die, and Cincinnati is playing really good right now...it will be hard to pass those teams

I just hope Vontaez Burfict doesn't pull his typical Pittsburgh antics and cost the Bengals the game on Sunday - a 5-1 start for Cincinnati would be fantastic and give them a 2.5 game lead over the Steelers.
As for the Browns, the key is when Mayfield plays the division teams a second time. Plus, they need to prove they can win on the road.
