This is going to be a wacky Saturday for CFP college football contenders
I may be wrong on this, but Ohio State, Alabama, Michigan, LSU abd Clemson all play teams that vary on the scale from decebt to good. I think at least 2 go down and its possible all 5 get seriously challenged. If I had to pick which two I think Sparty trips up the Wolverines and MSU shocks LSU

On the OSU board I'm amazed by the paranoia about playing Purdue in West Lafayette at night. (3 weeks ago Ohio State won in the most difficult night environment in college football so I doubt they'll be intimidated.) That's 3-3 Purdue who's already lost to Eastern Michigan at home. They have wins over Illinois and Nebraska. They do have a pretty remarkable freshman receiver (nevermind Ohio State has 6 pretty solid receivers) but if OSU allows one player to beat them then they have a serious problem - and who knows, maybe they do. But the stat I keep coming back to is this: Ohio State has the #2 ranked offense in the country while Purdue has the #108 ranked defense. Strange things can happen but I have a feeling Purdue will need to score 50 points against the Buckeyes to win and i just don't see that happening.

Bama folks gave little thought to Tennessee until last weekend. Tennessee is getting better or Auburn is getting worse. I tend toward the latter. I think the Tide Rolls.

Now that is funny.

I totally expect Tennessee to lose by at least 30 points this weekend.

Lots of scared Clemson fans.
Like ESPN said, yeah they are both undefeated, but Clemson IS a 17-point favorite.
That being said, Clemson can lose a game...but NOT THIS game. A loss here likely means NCST goes to the ACCCG, as I don't see them losing in conference twice, although they could (@syr, FSU, WAKE, @unc, @lou)
Clemson needs to pound the rock with its 3 Top 15 RBs and keep Finley off the field.

When I saw the line, CPA, I immediately played NC State + 16.5 as part of a parlay.

I think Clemson should really try to score points with Notre Dame looking over their shoulder. A ND playoff run will knock out an entire conference, sadly.

6 or 7 conferences are knocked out every year...big deal
8 or 9 conferences were knocked out every year of the BCS
