Maybe the biggest play in the Texas-OU game. I missed it because, my grand-daughter wanted to play the piano, and I decided I'd rather do that with her, than watch every minute of a CCG game for which I was already certain of the outcome.
Around half time of the game yesterday, my Son and DIL brought my sweetheart by for a visit. They tried to give her a book for me to read to her. She didn't want any part of that book. Eventually, they got her to bring it over... but, she threw it on the ground and gave me a hug. As I was hugging her, I saw the title of the book: "I'm going to be a Big Sister!"
Yep... Grandkid #2 is officially "in the oven".
What a happy day!
So happy, I wasn't even angered by the Big 12 STEALING a win from Texas. I knew it was coming. They're crooks.
But, I don't care.
