-I mean the Rams draw decently, but even tonight in the game between the Eagles and Rams I hear a TON of Eagles fans -In the mid 1990's two teams(Raiders and Rams) had to leave the city due to a real lack of interest of football in the market.......very soon the Chargers will probably be forced to relocate as well, so that make 3 Franchises that have had to leave that city........at some point you just have to realize LA is a Lakers and Dodgers town and not a great football market.

That actually may be part of the appeal - there are fans of all teams out there and they'll flock to the stadium to root for their team. I don't think they need 2 teams but I do think it's good to have a team in one of the largest cities in our country. will be interesting to see the new stadium and how close how both teams come to filling it.
the Bengals played at the Chargers a week ago and while the stadium they played in is a lot smaller there did appear to be a full crowd.

The Chargers are locked in through 2037 (supposedly per ESPN)
I agree though
NFL owners high on money and low on brains

The NFL is interested in TV Markets. In that light LA must look irresistible.
