Cincinnati downed UCLA South Florida plays Wisconsin tonight, and I think the Bulls win
Houston plays Oklahoma Cincinnati plays Ohio State next week
UCF is already blowing teams out
If the American Conference were to win these games, they would gain major respect, and possibly end up with 3 teams in the top 10
They have an oppurtunity to possibly have an undefeated American Conference champ make the playoff, but they have to win these games

Good points Evil but still if every team with an AAC patch on its jerseys blows everybody out none of them would ever get a sniff of an opportunity to participate in the Cartel's MCFP event.

No one looks at the patch. They look at their records... and, WHO they played.
If the AAC sweeps all these games, and continues to play well during the season, they could get a participant in the CFP. Conferences aren't required to stay stagnant.
Although... if any of these teams start to become really good, a P5 conference will add them.

Of course powerful, profitable, big TV market so called G5 programs are eligible to be members of , so called, P5 leagues if those leagues expand...common knowledge there Bevo, common knowledge. They are not , however, realistically eligible to compete for the cartel's championships ( MBCS & MCFP).
List all the , so, called, G5s that have had a sniff of an opportunity....and please, no "ifs, buts, could've, would've" etc. Actual provable results only please.

The fact that they HAVEN'T done it, does NOT PROVE that they CAN'T do it, and certainly doesn't prove that they aren't allowed. All those G5 conferences have representatives on the governance board of the CFP, and AD's on the Executive Committee. If they aren't ALLOWED to compete, they have terrific grounds for a MASSIVE anti-trust suit. Why aren't they going to court Hen? What have you learned, up in the holler, that these millionaires don't know?

Well, so far the American is getting their butts kicked all over the field by the Big 10 They have the RIGHT to win... They lack the ABILITY. Just as, Blue Hen lacks the ability to understand. The G5 and P5 have NO BUSINESS being in the same Division. Certainly not for post-season play.
