Why are we having to wait until the 13th to watch the Championship game. Why not the more logical 6th? It makes no sense.

God and Dabo have forseen it.
Clemson will be playing for its 4th championship on the 13th.
Phillipians 4:13 - I can do all things through God who strengthens me.
Watson (4) to Renfrow (13).

Why not 13th?
Whatever happens, history will be made
Either LSU 2019 wins and goes down as one of the best teams ever,
or
Clemson wins, extends their winning streak, and it goes down as one of the best runs ever. How does the Clemson run compare with Oklahoma '57 (or was it 47?) ?? USC '05 and Miami '02 had similar runs

Well, the game will run into the hype over the NFL's divisional playoffs and I think this will overwhelm the regular media. And while the wild card playoffs are this weekend, I don't believe it brings as much hype as the divisional. And, like em or not, the NFL does dominate the sports media market. And the 6th is closest to the traditional end of the college football season, New Year's Day.
