5:00 on Saturday would be a good timeslot. I don't really know why it's on Sunday anyways...they have 2 weeks to prepare, not like it matters
Furthermore, why not play the Pro Bowl earlier that day??
Pro Bowl at 1pm Super Bowl at 5pm
I would be more inclined to watch the Pro Bowl as just an appetizer
Even Furthermore (Radical Idea).... What if you matched the losers in the conference Championship games for a pre-Super Bowl game? Tennessee vs. Green Bay
schedule could be:
Pro Bowl at 11am the new GridIron Bowl: Tennessee vs. Green Bay at 3 Super Bowl at 7
it would be an all day football bananza....a Super Day!

The loser bowl wouldn’t fly but I think the rest would be great.

I've been wanting a SATURDAY Super Bowl for 30 years.. There's a petition that might actually make it happen.
I hope it does.
MANY YEARS now, we have hosted a Super Bowl Party... pretty much EVERY year, since 1993, when we didn't go to Vegas. I would so LOVE it, if our party was on Saturday.
