Cases are up because they just ramped up testing. Deaths are very low. Out of 2592 new cases, there were only 7 deaths. The recovery rate in Wisconsin is 98.8% which is higher than the national average of 97.1%.

I think Wisconsin is a step (or 3) above BC - they just can't beat Ohio State. They stay close but typically wear down. The big difference is depth and speed which Wisconsin can't match. But they can go toe to toe for about 2.5 quarters. Eventually, they wear down and Ohio State's speed busts a couple big plays and given their reliance on the run, Wisconsin has to deviate from their plan which means throwing the ball - their QB's haven't been the best.
Ohio State has beaten Wisconsin 11 of the last 12 times they've met - the only loss was in 2010 the same week OSU rose to #1 in the polls - Wisconsin returned the opening KO for a TD and the Bucks never dug out of the hole. There have been some close games plus OSU has beaten Wisconsin 3 times in the BIG Championship including 59-0 in 2014 and 34-21 last year. In 2016 they played in the championship, the game should have been a rout but turnovers and JT Barrett's inability to hit open receivers kept it close - the difference in talent was laughable. Anyway, I do think Wisconsin is a far better program than BC - we'll see what former Buckeye assistant, Jeff Hafley, does to turn things around for the Eagles.

Can't go 4 qtrs due to depth. It's close sometimes for a couple of quarters, then pull away.

Not sure, but I don't think so other than Indiana-Purdue.
