Unless some very tricky scheduling comes into play here are the maximum number of games each team can play. Considering the SEC cancelled over half their games this week the discrepancy of the number of games played by each team could be significant.
Just looking at the maximum number of games each team can play at the moment
If BYU and Liberty can swing it, they should look to schedule a game on the Dec 19th.
0 Loss Teams Notre Dame (11 or 12 games) Liberty (11 games)
Alabama (9 or 10 games) Cinti (10 or 11 games) Marshall (10 or 11 games)
BYU (10 games) Ohio St (9 games)
Indiana (9 games) Northwestern (9 games) Purdue (8 games)
Wiscy (7 games) Oregon (7 games) USC (7 games) Colorado (7 games) Washington St (7 games) Utah (6 games) Arizona (6 games)
Washington (6 games) California (6 games)
1 Loss Teams
Clemson (11 or 12 games) Miami (11 or 12 games) aTm (10 or 11 games)
Okie St (10 or 11 games)

With the OSU-MD cancellation, if Indiana wins over Sparty, they retain sole possession of 1st place.

BYU vs Liberty would be much harder to ignore. Great suggestion
