You definitely married above your station! As I guess practically every smart man does. :-) I was joking that my older son 'outkicked' his coverage with his wife. My younger son called me out on it and I told him, "Every man outkicks his coverage - would you rather, not?" When he got engaged (he's now married) I said to him, "See what I mean about outkicking your coverage?" He chuckled and said, "Yeah." I know one thing for sure, both our daughter-in-laws have made our son's better men. And I honoestly believe our boys have made them better women - I think that's how it should be. |
