A couple of B1G games in the east - 1 elimination game in the west. Looking more and more like Wisconsin will be in Indy the first weekend in December to lose again in the B1G Championship game.
This week's games....
Northwestern @ Wisconsin - Badgers can name the score in this one. I'll call it 49-7.
Michigan @ Penn State - Penn State is rolling out an alternative to the 'White Out' called a Helmet game - the entire stadium will wear white except at the 50 yardline where they'll wear blue. I picked PSU to win this one a couple weeks ago and I'm sticking with it although I'd feel more confident if it was night game. I think Jahon Dotson will be the difference. PSU 27-24.
Rutgers @ Indiana - A tremendously disappointing season for the Hoosiers. They have a decent defense but QB play has been abysmal. Neither offense is very good but I'm taking the road team in this one...Rutgers 17-13.
Minnesota @ Iowa - Gophers can't stand prosperity. They had it all set up for a potential West Division championship and they lose to Illinois. Now they have to travel to Iowa needing to win out - I'm afraid the dream is over for PJ and his team, Hawkeyes 21-17.
Purdue @ Ohio State - about a month ago the Boilers traveled to Iowa City and drilled then, #2 Iowa. They followed that game up with a resounding thud, losing 30-13 at home to Wisconsin. This week they're coming off another huge upset - this time a home win over #3 MSU - they amassed close to 600 yards of offense and could do no wrong, their fans stormed the field after the game and all this week they're going to be cock of the walk on the Purdue campus. Ohio State, on the other hand looked sluggish in their win at Nebraska. The Bucks will get Garrett Wilson back, Treveyon Henderson will hit a couple big gainers and the game won't be as close as it's been the past couple weeks - Buckeyes, 38-21.
Maryland @ MSU - The Spartans can't afford to let the Terps come in and steal a win. I think a steady dose of Kenneth Walker III will assure they don't - Spartans, 31-24.
