USC and UCLA are looking to join the mix. Mixed reactions at the moment but I think I like it so far.
Be interesting to see what goes on with the P12 -2

I actually like this move the same If not better than Texas-OU to the SEC…… if it brings in Oregon and Washington as well it will be better

WOW, its already official too. USC and UCLA in the Big 10 in 2024 The Big question remains, will they add anymore PAC 12 schools...? I tend to think they are courting Notre Dame at the moment, possibly saying they'll add Stanford into the mix. I think the Big 10 is aiming for a huge national conference, possibly 20-24 teams What happens to the PAC 12?
I think we are seeing the end of the PAC 12 conference. Their network was a failure and they've been largely absent from the playoff since it began. The PAC 12 is done...unless they backfill with MW teams, no one is going to join their sinking ship.
Washington, Oregon, Stanford, Cal, and Colorado are all decent additions to any conference. Utah is AAU. The Arizona schools could easily go to the Big XII. The only two programs without hope of a better destination are Oregon State and Washington State.

In a way I think this was a genius move for both the schools and the Big Ten because it truly make the conference a national conference……… meaning the Big Ten is gonna make the most tv revenue, have the most exposure and be the most talked about…… maybe I’m off heat but coast to coast coverage…… I believe will matter for young college athletes. I don’t think the Big Ten is done either…… I’ve already seen Oregon alums begging the Ducks to join the Big Ten also….. Washington, Stanford, Notre Dame…… all are now in play for the Big 10. Oklahoma and Texas are bigger names in CFB but I’ll not sure they’ll mean as much as USC and UCLA when all is said and done. This also kind of kills any ALL-SEC Playoff discussion as well as any playoff that doesn’t include the new Big can’t be seen as legit.

College football as we knew it was fun. Pour one out.
Definitely feels like we’re on our way to a Fox conference and an ESPN conference.
