Since my Reds have been virtually eliminated from the playoffs in April it has been an extremely long break from the sports world. I did tune into some golf Majors but that was the highlight until now. I tuned in to the TBT tournament and watch the Red Scare (Dayton Flyers) team take on the top seed. They got this Elam ending which I love. Dayton was up about 6 going into the Elam ending where the end score was determined by the team who reached the score of the leading team plus 8. This game went down to the wire where Dayton made the final shot for a one point win. It is a great way to end a basketball game because it is never over until it is over. It doesn't hurt that I am clearly a Dayton Homer and the game is at UD arena. The final 8 will duke it out this weekend. To me it is well worth the watch.
