Oh yeah TAM is a much much better than people give them credit for because they played BAMA close. They actually received some votes in the rankings.
I get you can overlook having one close game but now they have 2 and this was a3 loss team. Buckeyes got penalized when they beat ND by double digits in a game that was not that close in the 4th. This wouldn't bother me as much but when the selection committee is nothing but a bunch of persuadable bafoons that get to use the eye test then I got a problem with it.
I have seen all 3 teams play a fair amount this year and I truly find it very hard to believe anyone could not have the Buckeyes as number 1 if they have actually watched these teams as the season progressed.
UGA does get credit for the Oregon domination but that near slip up against Mizzou takes a lot of weight in my opinion. I do think what ttun has done is comparable to either what UGA or BAMA has done. The team that is really overlooked is Clemson. They have 2 wins against top 20 5 -1 teams which is the best resume by far. They are getting screwed in the polls simply because of the perception that DJU sucks.

Ooops. Apparently they updated the records before the updated the rankings. Those voters are smarter than I give them credit for although Clemson should be ahead of Bama.

UGA is #1.... OSU #2... Bama # 3 That makes a bit more sense although I still think Clemson should be ahead of Bama. If you are a betting man, the vegas has tOSU as the team to beat at the moment. BTW since our bet UK has dropped 14 spots to number 22 in both polls. Liking my chances on that one although I would be more than happy to fork over the cash if they can beat either UT or UG
