You can file that as a 'dumbth' comment, too, EV.... Yep. That's what everyone is reporting. I saw the speculation on Monday, but I'm still surprised. I guess Brohm puts a high priority on being "home". I would never leave Purdue for this crappy job.

And his boss at Purdue is a great guy, Mike Bobinski. I worked with him at Xavier - he was our AD for a pretty long time, led X into the Big East.

Brohm was born in Louisville, played college ball for Louisville - he’s going home. Can’t fault him for that.

Salary is only nominally higher. He’s just coming home, to be home.
Just watched his entire press conference. Most impressive I think I’ve ever seen. I’d want to play for this guy.
