This how I feel about playing the other teams in the ACC after 30 years
The first team I really liked playing was Georgia Tech. The 1999 game against Joe Hamilton QB was intense. This was sort of squashed when the ACC went to divisions in '05. Since then, I have lost faith in GT being a good program
I've also really liked playing Louisville; they've grown on me. That was squashed when divisions went away
As epic as Clemson and FSU has been, I don't really feel like we've been competing for ACC titles. Basically they got good and we slipped off, so it was a natural exchange. They've never really prevented us from winning the ACC, or us them. We've both never been elite at the same time... till now? Maybe?
We own North Carolina...twice we've beaten them when they've been #5
The FSU-Miami rivalry has really lost steam lately IMO. It doesn't help that Miami has done jack squat nothin in the ACC. They really miss those Temple and Rutgers games
And lastly, I love playing Virginia Tech. Much respect for the Hokies
Everyone else I just totally don't care about playing.
Can't stand Wake, can't stand Duke, can't stand NC State. NC State upsets good teams, and then goes on to do absolutely nothing
The ACC made Syracuse one of our permanent rivals....why?
I like Pitt, but we've only played them twice since they've joined
And BC? Meh
I wish FSU was playing Louisville and Virginia Tech every year, along with Clemson and Miami.

Yea I'm not sure why the ACC added Syracuse or Boston College. I would ditch those two, Pitt, Lville, Wake, and Duke. Smaller 8-team regional conference stretching from FL-GA-SC-NC-VA. Fewer mouths to feed.
