Brooks single handedly beat my Reds in the 1970 World Series - that and better pitching. I will say the baserunners on his spectacular were Lee May, Tony Perez and Johnny Bench - not exactly speed demons and every play was very close. Still, it was a blowout world series and it took the Reds getting Joe Morgan to finally break through and win back to back series in 75 and 76.
