Unforgiven, Mississippi Burning and Bonnie and Clyde. Honestly, I never was a fan of Hoosiers.

Wow Hackman is 93 years old now!
It was the Superman movies I recalled... Lex Luthor. How could I ever forget. I think that was my favorite role of his. But what a career he had!

What I like about Gene Hackman is he is an actor. He will act in almost anything, whether he's the star or just supporting. He wants to act and he is very good at his craft. I mean, how many actors win the Academy Award for best actor in the French Connection and follow it up as the blind man in Young Frankenstein.

Anyone ever see The Conversation , nominated for Best Picture in 1974. Lost to The Godfather Part II. Another great Hackman role and a very good movie. Chinatown was also out that year.

One of the first movies I ever remember watching was the Poseidon Adventure. One of the only disappointments was the firm. Although the book was so amazing it would be hard to meet anyone expectations. But they way they rewrote the ending just ruined it.

I saw the latest adaptation of the play To Kill a Mockingbird and it was somewhat disappointing, took a lot of liberties with the story. (And Gene Hackman wasn’t in it!😉)

Holly Hunter was good also.
