Wins over Fresno State, Texas Tech, App State and a loss to Texas
I think if they take care of business with undefeated Air Force, and Boise State, they could be on track to make a NY6 bowl

Scratch Wyoming
Air Force, James Madison, Liberty and 1-loss Tulane look to be the main contenders

Year 2 of a 2 year transition, which makes them ineligible for postseason. Thems the rules. Appalachian State had to do it.

Totally UNFAIR!
I think the rule was proposed to protect them? I guess.. I'm being generous.
They don't need protection.

I think it's a cost protection. 2 years to gradually get up to 85 scholarship players. Time to raise more money for it. I guess.

I think JMU is the exception to the rule. Most teams that move up have difficult first years. However, both App State and Ga. Southern had winning seasons in our second year of transition (2014), 1st year in the Sun Belt. Our 1st transistion year, we were still FCS and SoCon members (also ineligible for post season play)
