I don't have any great devotion to the NCAA. I despise it's fraudulent academic approach. We're talking sports championships, Hero. I'm 1000% convinced that NCAA sports championships are more fair and better than Cartel style FB championships. See if you can 'get' that. I get that you are convinced about this inept organization. I still find it interesting that you judge them so and still want to trust them with more. Fascinating You obviously don't want to debate the merits of NCAA championships....about 80+ of them a year vs the one single non NCAA championship

I said before, I don't have the need to attack some school's accomplishments. That is more your purview so fire away.

The only real major flaw with this system is having playoff games on New Years Eve....
NYE is the party night of America....it's not surprising that Viewership was down
Other than that, the NY6 Playoff Bowl set up has been a huge success

Eight seems to be about right.

Eight seems to be about right. If they go to 8, they need to start ditching the polls, and selecting the top 6 conference champs/or ND/BYU/Army + 2 at-large the top 4 conf champs should host the quarterfinals at their home stadiums This year would have been: #1 Clemson vs. #8 Iowa (at Death Valley) #2 Alabama vs. #7 Ohio State (at Tuscaloosa, AL) #3 Michigan State vs. #6 Houston (at East Lansing, MI) #4 Oklahoma vs. #5 Stanford (at Norman, OK)
