Perhaps the best story in football…very few times in my life as a Browns and Buckeyes fan have I paid more attention to the Browns than I have the Buckeyes. Usually the Browns are so far out of the playoff race I say at least I have the Buckeyes by Late November. Not this year…..not this year after losing Nick Chubb, and then losing Watson(turned out to be a blessing in disguise) four offensive linemen, a kicker and a punter….. the starting safety…… I’ve watched a team that has had every reason to quit and say it’s not our year come back the next win only to fight their asses off and more than likely this year win. The only team that has wins over the 49ers and Ravens and has the best defense in football. A team led by an “old man” Flacco whom was watching football from the couch with his kids six weeks ago, and who has incentives for helping a teammate get up after every play. I’ve watched a team whom might have been a heel because of Watson at the beginning of the year….. become a loveable underdog that keeps surpassing everyone’s expectations every week. This has been fun and it’s perhaps the best story in football. Hoping my Brownies shock the world and win the entire national thing in January and February….. this has been a fun ride.

Flacco killed my son’s fantasy team last week, in the Semi-Finals. Now he’s killing me in the Finals. That was just ridiculous last night.
But, I have been on the Browns all year. I’ve played their Defense and Hopkins almost every week. They have been exciting! Their defense has just been outstanding all year.

If by some miracle the Bengals go to KC and pull out a win, maybe the Browns will feel inclined to rest some players next week in Cincinnati since they're pretty much locked in to the #5 seed position and the home team can sneak in to the playoffs. They'll need some breaks but you can dare to dream.

I’m excited for the playoffs as Browns/Jags is a virtual lock and the Browns matchup well with the Jags…:…. I’ll go further and say the Browns defensively might match up as well with the Ravens as anyone. In the win over Baltimore the Ravens only reAlly scored 17 points and the Browns offense gave them 14….. the Brownies can slow them down. Maybe I’m a homer here but I think if the Ravens are going to lose in the AFC it’s gonna be to Cleveland…… or maybe Buffalo.

Yeah, as I've seen it speculated on this forum several time the NFL has it's favorites and you wonder if the refs may get a memo that we want these teams to win. The refs screwed Detroit in their game on Saturday night and there were some calls in the Bengals/Chiefs games that were questionable. They want the Cowboys to go far and they need Mahommes in the playoffs so they can show Taylor Swift in the box. The 4th and 1 play from the 5 was a head scratcher and essentially did them in, the stop fired up the Chiefs. I thought it was a lost cause when Burrow was hurt but Browning made things interesting. Next year they'll get a last place schedule so I expect them to bounce back. Too many injuries and they never should have let Jesse Bates get away. They also need to ransition the feature back to Chase Brown who has a lot of speed and potential.

The Chiefs need better offensive lineman… 100%
And, they need to get on Goodell’s good side again. I guess, they just signed up for the 1 year package. The NFL is theater fellas. Enjoy the show.
That said,
In the past 7 days, the Baltimore Ravens made a major statement. They crushed the 49ers and the Dolphins. Not defeated, CRUSHED them … and beat them up. When asked about the Dolphins speed, Harbaugh said, “Speed slows down when it gets hit”. It sure as hell did.
I do agree that the Browns might be the team singularly equipped to beat them. They play the same way. And, they have the secret weapon now; The Flaccinator!!!
