I seriously don't know why networks don't do this more....
Skycast is so much better than any other format.
you see more of the football, you hear more of the bands, its like you're in the stadium. As opposed to two dwerps tell you whats happening.
I highly suggest watching the Skycast presentation of the game

still no comments on this thread lol
I don't know why this format isn't used more.
As football fans, we've grown up having announcers...and there have been some good ones. The original MNF crew, Keith Jackson, Brent Musberger, etc.
Skycast just feels a step closer to actually being in the stadium. It's awesome.

I liked it. You do feel like you're in the huddle.

Musberger will likely go down as my favorite of all time. Even when he was gloating on Jake the Snake Plummer at points in the 98 Rose Bowl, he showed his enthusiasm equally in both directions. My favorite one liner of all time "Holy Buckeye" on the 4th and 1 against Purdue in 02.
Regarding the Skycast I think it is awesome as well. A big part of wanting to go to the game and sit up high between the 20's is that it gives you the ability to watch the receivers and coverages. Skycam by far is the closest to that.

Musberger hated Texas. And the feeling was mutual.
