IMO, the only way Michigan wins this game is by doing what they do best, leaning on the Run game to pound Washington, and keeping Penix on the bench.
If Michigan can't keep Penix from torching them, I think its a long day for Go Blue
One of Michigan's closest games was against Maryland, a strong passing team, and Ohio State as well. They held both those teams to 24 points. I think Penix will score more. Michigan has to drive, eat up clock, and end drives with TDs.
I wanna lean towards Michigan. I think they are the better overall team, but its also hard to bet against Penix

Hasn't Washington already WON the Natty?
I mean, even if they lose, the NCAA will vacate the win of 4 or 5 years.
Damnit... Texas was THAT close to a Natty.

Ohio State was so close - I think replay cost them the game at Michigan.
As for Monday's game - I'll probably not watch it, hate to waste 3.5 hours when there's a chance I'll be bitterly disappointed by the outcome. Go Huskies!

Ohio State and Georgia could EASILY play and win in a tourney format. But, they kind of did play in a tourney format, and lost.
The same will happen to some teams in a 12-team, single elimination format. The big difference is: we’ll have a bit more logic to the seeding. Next year, you probably wouldn’t play Michigan in the first round,

Did I miss anything? Didn’t see first half. From the stats, it looks like Harbaugh watched the Texas film: they can RUN on these guys..
